2010 - 2024

Dear Booker,
You died on February 26, 2024. I miss being able to smell your head and kiss it many times a day, telling you I love you. Whenever you smiled or winked at me my heart filled with joy. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without your loving support. You taught me how animals think and behave and modeled how not to hold a grudge and forgive easily. You seemed to understand what is most important in life, love, companionship, adventure, and food. You were a very good boy. Thank you for everything! You will live in my heart forever.
