We were glad to help CTV by providing footage of how we do a private cremation and whats left after a communal cremation.  We also showed them the entire process of a private cremation from beginning to end including filling of the urn while maintaining the identity of each pet that we care for.  Our hearts go out to all the families affected by this story.  We will be here to help all families affected.
